Cromer (nearest town to The Pleasaunce) is the largest of the local towns, but not far away we have beautiful Blakeney,
wonderful Wells next the Sea and super Sheringham.
The area is a place where you can relax and unwind that tired body. It is a place to walk, with miles and miles of coastal paths. You can
spread out on uncrowded beaches or sail the miles of broads, or visit the seals.
A cycle way winds its way through North Norfolk,
where you can stop at the many small salt water lagoons, reed beds and visit the many world famous bird reserves.
Most of the area is designated as an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
It’s not just the coastline that North Norfolk is famous
for but its spectacular countryside, we have rolling landscapes, farm land and fascinating forests that all change colour as the
seasons progress.
Wherever you visit you will come across a delightful old church crammed with history, some with square or round towers. Visit
the many windmills, some still working.
All of these create a relaxed and leisurely pace of life just a step outside the grounds of The Pleasaunce.
